A form will need to be filled out online or in person at DuPont City Hall.
If you are moving from one DuPont property to another, you will need to fill out two forms: one for the home being vacated and the second form for the new home.
The water billing cycle is bi-monthly. The bill is due on the 20th of the odd month. If you do not receive your bill after the first week of the odd month, please contact us.

All new renters are also charged a $100 deposit which can only be waived by the owner/ property manager. This $100 will be applied to your final bill with the remaining balance refunded to you.
During summer months, expect a higher bill due to the usage of irrigation and sprinkler systems. If you suspect that there may be a leak on your property due to a substantially higher bill, please give us a call.
You can sign up for Auto Pay, make a one-time payment online, visit City Hall, or you can also drop your payment in check form within the utility drop box (NO cash in the drop box, please!) which is located along the City Hall Parking Lot by the Sequalitchew Creek Trailhead.
