City of Dupont Comprehensive Plan
The City of DuPont Comprehensive Plan establishes and maintains goals and policies to guide future development consistent with the communities vision. The plan must comply with the Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA). The Comprehensive Plan serves as a framework for decision making by the City Council.

Washington Growth Management Act
The Growth Management Act requires counties and cities in Washington State to plan for population and economic development. Under the GMA, jurisdictions are required to adopt comprehensive plans and zoning codes to implement those plans effectively.
