Convenient ways to make utility payments:

- Mail payments to City of DuPont's City Hall, 1700 Civic Dr., DuPont, WA 98327.
- Deliver payments to City of DuPont's City Hall, 1700 Civic Dr., DuPont, WA 98327 during business hours.
- Deliver payments anytime to the drop box in the northeast corner of City Hall’s parking lot.
- **New automated service: You can call 253-466-2999, with your account number anytime to check your balance and make a phone payment. The City will also initiate a phone call to your registered phone number if you are past due.**

City of DuPont Lifeline Program:
The City of DuPont offers the Lifeline Program for eligible residents of DuPont. Please review the eligibility requirements before applying. Eligible residents are any low-income senior citizen (61 years of age or older), low-income disabled citizen, or citizens retired from regular, gainful employment due to a disability.
Additional qualifications for ALL applicants:
- Applicant must be the sole occupant or head of household.
- The utility account must be in the name of the applicant.
- Applicant must be a permanent, year-round resident of the City of DuPont.
- Applicant must reapply every six (6) years to ensure program criteria is still met.
- Applicant's annual income must qualify them for a reduction from real or personal property taxes as set forth by the Washington State Department of Revenue. To determine limit of disposable income, go to WA State Dept. of Revenue (DOR).
Proof of eligibility MUST be included with the application:
- For all applications: Copy of tax return or proof of income.
- For senior citizens: Proof of age.
- For disabled citizens: Veterans Administration or Social Security Administration proof of disability.
